My order hasn't arrived, what do I do?
Although we do all we can to ensure the speedy arrival of your gift box, sometimes shipping delays happen and are out of our hands. Of course, if this occurs, we will do our best to locate your package. If the package is lost, we will issue a new order or complete refund to the original method of payment.
